Star-of-week

Our most recent ‘Stars’, receiving special mention by Mr Peace in this morning’s  Prep Department Praise Assembly, are:

Felicity (Year 2), for using really tricky conjunctions, such as ‘although’, to extend her sentences. Felicity is also doing really well with her reading.

Scarlett (Year 1), for working really hard on her spellings in tests and in all of her class work.

Elysia (Reception), for being a hard worker. Elysia read a wonderful Noah’s Ark book to Mrs Jones and is doing well with her writing.  She is also now finally able to put her face in the water in swimming!

Eddie (Nursery Green), for his improved social skills. Eddie is making lovely friendships and is taking turns and sharing.

Well done to all of these ‘stars’! The picture was taken in an earlier assembly and shows how well the children listen and like to hear about each other’s successes.

Who will it be next time?
