HOHS service of remembrance

On Friday 10th November the Barn, festooned with virtual and paper poppies, a candle and a flower arrangement, saw the school gather for a service of remembrance to commemorate members of the armed forces who had given their lives in two world wars and in numerous other conflicts since 1946.  Rector of Hethersett The Revd Derek McClean officiated, with help from Mr Crump, Head Girl Kami and Deputy Charlie who read prayers for peace.

The service ended with the singing of the beautiful hymn Make me a channel of your peace.
