On Tuesday, Years 3 and 4 pupils performed an excellent assembly on the theme of the Ancient Greeks, showcasing the huge range of learning they had done on this topic.
From beautifully-crafted information books to the individual illustrated Aesop’s fables they read us, and with a wonderful finale of dance, the children showed poise and confidence in their delivery – and great costumes, too! Later, chef Howard produced a fantastic Greek lunch for the children to enjoy in their classroom while still in costume. Well done, everyone – and thank you to all the families and friends who came to see the assembly.
