What is your role at HOHS?
I am the Nursery co-ordinator.

What is your favourite thing about HOHS?
The children are definitely my favourite part of HOHS life. Everyday is different, from making a superhero den or pirate treasure map to learning letters and sounds. Each child is unique and being part of their early years and helping them to grow and learn is a real privilege.

What is your favourite memory of your own time at school?
I have lots of happy memories from school, one that stands out is the skiing trip to the French Alps.

What was your favourite subject at school and why?
Art and textiles which I studied further as one of my A’ level subjects; I really enjoyed making things with different media.

What was your  least favourite subject and why?
I didn’t really enjoy DT or technical drawing, all those straight lines!

If you could go back in time and give your “younger” self a piece of advice, what would it be?
Just be yourself and don’t worry about the small things.

Tell us something interesting about yourself that your pupils wouldn’t know.
I was a keen swimmer with Norwich Penguins swimming club and I competed at county level.
