Mastering Mondrian in Year 2

Mini eggs and fluffy chicks for Year 1 Easter baskets

Last week, Mrs Bird’s Year 1 group had a session in the main cookery room, where they made delicious birds’ nests and decorated them with mini eggs and a fluffy chick.

Reception learn about the Christian festival of Easter

In the last week of term, in addition to having a lot of fun with Easter egg hunts, egg-rolling and Easter craft activities, our Reception pupils also learned about the story, customs and traditions of Easter.
