Pupils celebrate 14 years at HOHS

Our departing Year 13 girls enjoyed a drinks reception with staff and parents last night, before leaving for study leave today.

It was a particularly poignant occasion for three of our girls, Sophie and Katie Clemitshaw and Head Girl, Jessica Warner, who have been at Hethersett Old Hall School for fourteen years since joining the Reception class! During the evening, Mr Crump presented Katie, Sophie and Jessica Warner with ‘Long Service’ Certificates.

Leavingcertificate3girlsSMThe girls had this to say about their time here:

‘Looking back at our time at HOHS we have had fourteen unforgettable years. From making lifelong friendships to travelling to many countries, HOHS has played a huge part in our lives and has given us many amazing opportunities.

We would like to thank all the teachers and staff for all the support they’ve given us and making our time here so special. Some of our fondest memories include dressing up on World Book Day, taking part in the school productions and the numerous school trips we have been on.

We would like to wish all students good luck for the future and hope they have as much fun as we have had.’

Mrs Clemitshaw managed to find a photo of the three girls in their Reception class nativity play, and a photo of Katie and Sophie as they headed off to school. Last night they recreated the group shot. Haven’t they grown!
