Gardener Andy Young has been hard at work in the gardens, planting new things to provide colour later in the spring and summer. This week has seen some lovely, warm sunshine and the children can now spend more time outside at break and lunchtimes. With that in mind, here is an opportunity for observant pupils to win some prizes and perhaps learn a bit about plants!
To enter, have a good look round the gardens and see how many flowers and flowering plants you can identify (they don’t have to be in bloom yet), then write down their names and where in the grounds you saw them. You can ask Mr Young for clues if you find him!
Please bring your list to me in the office just next to Reception by the end of term, Friday 31st March – I have some fun prizes for top entries! Alternatively, you can email your entry to firstname.lastname@example.org
