Upper Prep music festival

Thank you to all the parents and friends who came to see our Upper Prep pupils perform a selection of musical items in The Barn this afternoon. Some of the children have been learning their instruments for a year or more, while others are just beginners, but the festival gives all those who wish to perform the opportunity to show what they have been practising in their music lessons. The audience enjoyed a varied programme of solo and ensemble pieces before joining the children for refreshments.

Upper Prep music festival tomorrow

Tomorrow afternoon Upper Prep pupils will be performing a selection of musical items in The Barn. We hope as many parents and friends as possible will come and share the performance and refreshments afterwards. The festival provides a great opportunity for all the children who wish to perform to show what they have been practising in their music lessons; some have been learning for a while and others have only recently started, so the programme will be varied and entertaining.

Red noses almost sold out…

Parents, please note that we have limited supplies of the red noses left to sell tomorrow and Friday – so if your child doesn’t already have one, or wants another, please ensure they come to buy theirs promptly at break time! We’ll announce how much we have raised after Friday, which is Red Nose Day itself – remember, it is a non uniform day so please wear something red!
