It’s time to make a Christmas shoebox

Once again, we are taking part in Operation Christmas Child, also known as the Christmas Shoebox Appeal. This is a lovely opportunity to provide toys and treats for a child in need whose Christmas would otherwise be without many smiles. If your son or daughter would like to help, you will need to decide the age and gender would like to create a box for, find and wrap (in Christmas paper) a medium-sized shoebox and lid (wrapped separately) and fill it with new gifts of stationery, toys, toiletries and other small items.

Please return your shoebox to school by next Monday, 16th November with a £3 donation in an envelope for each shoebox.

Follow this video link to see the huge impact your shoebox can have on the child receiving it! Detailed information about the kind of things to pack in your shoebox can be found here.
